职位描述：
Project Management Specialist
Department: Engineering & Product Development

Job Duties:
1 Lead a cross-functional project team to ensure new products can be smoothly started to produce.
2 Drives the idea of the products being a part of an integrated design system, not stand-alone components. Ensures the fluid hand-over of new products into engineering and subsequently mass production manufacturing.
3 Define the project planning with project team, monitor the project progress and to ensure adherence of project activities of planning schedules.
4 Liaise with both internal and external parties and customer for all project related issues
5 Ensures that new products are introduced in a timely manner. Reporting of project status
6 Ensure the product quality is within product specification required by Product Management.
7 Ensure current product improvement ideas are developed and implemented.

Requirements:
1. University Degree or above in Engineering;
2. At least 8 years relevant working experience in manufacturing,home appliance industry ;
3. Familiarity with project management in manufacturing industries and well-known of the manufacturing process, typically for the product as BPM and thermometer field;
4. Good team player, possess strong analytical skill and project management, and with effective in communication;
5. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin. 举报 分享
