职位描述：
Reports to: QA Manager
Location: Vendor’s factory in Cixi, Zhejiang

Duties:
1. Manage a group of QA engineer(s) / Inspector(s) at the vendor site;
2. Daily monitor QA performance of the vendor;
3. Handle quality issues and response to Headquarters as daily routine;
4. Monitor the new product / production approval process (PPAP);
5. Review of engineering changes;
6. Follow up corrective and preventive actions for both internal and external customer;
7. Support of supplier development program;

Qualification requirements:
1. 4 year university degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering or related disciplines;
2. Familiar with manufacturing process for kitchen appliances including: gas, electronic/electrical, metal fabrication, paint and enamel and product packaging;
3. Basic knowledge of system certification, i.e. ISO 9000;
4. Familiar with product certification, such as: CSA, UL, CE, RoHS for gas and electrical part;
5. Basic knowledge of different quality improvement tools such as:FMEA, SPC, 6-Sigma;
6. Written and oral fluency in English and Mandarin, communicate with USA office;
7. Minimum of 3-5 years quality experience and 1-2 years in supervisory level;
8. Strong organizational skills and must be a team player capable of working with our project team assigned to the vendor and all our company departments. 举报 分享
