职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
? Coordinate with 3rd Party Logistics Service providers to ensure availability of shipping facilities that enables on time delivery in full of Company products
? Follow up orders and shipment enquires
? Coordinate with 3rd Party Logistics Service providers to make sure VAS activities done with no errors
? Monitor shipment reports from freight forwarders and manage any exceptions
? Follow up on missing documents for on time customs clearance at destination
? Follow up claims to suppliers & handle export declaration
? Liaise closely with Australia supply chain department on exception management
? Educate new suppliers on Target supply chain requirements

Job Requirement:
? Minimum 7 years Logistics / Operational experience in an International supply chain
? Knowledge of shipping / supply chain / logistic and ability to handle full set of document
? Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a fixed timeframe
? Strong verbal and written English and local language
? Strong IT skills especially in the use of MS-Office applications 举报 分享
