A Hong Kong based Business to Business Sourcing company offering an end-to-end supply chain service for professional European based client companies involved in Maintenance Repair Operating (MRO), Office Equipment, Hotel and Restaurant Supply trades is seeking to recruit a dynamic Supply Chain Coordinator for their Shenzhen office for at least 4 months.
The successful candidate will likely possess the following attributes:
Requirements and Experience:
- Mandarin speaker, minimum 25 years old
- Major in English, International Trading, Logistics or related careers
- Minimum 2 years in purchase department, International Trading or sourcing office (ideally from an European or US company engaged in Equipment Supplies / Office Supplies / Hotel Supplies / Food Service / Professional Products.
- Diploma holder with 2 years above related working experience
- Solid experience in Sourcing or Logistics Industry (Houseware / DIY / Furniture)
- Excellent analytical, communication & negotiation skills
- Good command of written & spoken English and Putonghua, able to interact with all levels within the organization
- Excellent understanding of Excel and use of systems to drive data analysis
- References from previous Jobs

Functions:
- Work directly with vendors to make sure on time delivery
- Manage factory capacity reports and all production and operation
- Create factory order consolidations and prepare factory production reports
- Analyzing factory daily output reports, ensuring factories are working towards and achieve the target
- Chair weekly conference calls with all factories, to discuss all production and delivery issues
- Coordinate revised schedules and early production processes for when vendors run ahead of targets
- Communicate with Merchandising and QCs for all production problems
- Based in Shenzhen office. Occassional factory visit is necessary, to manage all materials, pre-production, production and deliveries issues
