职位描述：
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities as below：
Sample arrangement and order follow-up.
Manages issuing supplier PO and other commercial paperwork of various programs and ensures data entry accuracy.
Communicates order details and requirements to factories and parties concerned.
Communicates preproduction sample testing requirement with factories.
Tracks preproduction sample development and ensures matching of samples against required specifications and quality standards.
Tracks and manages production processes properly to meet quantity, quality, order specification and delivery dates requirements.
Diagnoses production problems and work with factories to present alternatives to customer
Coordinates inspection, and logistics activities.
Coordinates shipment tracking reporting
other duties as assigned.

Background Requirement:
University degree preferred. Fluency in English (written and oral) better major in English or business English or International trade
2 to 3 years’ experience in merchandising or experience working in trade business. Housewares, baking ware will be preference.
Experienced working with overseas buyers and vendors, working previously in oversea buying office or agent will be preference.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

● merchandiser :
本科以上学历；
CET-6以上，口语流利；
有独立开发产品的能力；
3年以上相关工作经历，操作过同类型产品者优先。
● Customer service:
大专以上学历；
CET-4以上，书面英文流利；
2年以上相关工作经历，操作过同类型产品者优先。
● Trainee project :
本科以上学历，985 211院校毕业优先；
CET6或TEM-4以上水平；
性格开朗，思维灵活，在校期间成绩优良并积极参与各项社会活动，有学生会或社团管理经验者优先；
有强烈的事业心和创新开拓精神，沟通能力强，具备团队合作精神。
