Job Description:
1. Collect all QC inspection reports, finish translation and send to France
收齐质检报告，完成翻译，并发送至法国
2. Follow up new order reception & inspection, update work accordingly
跟踪新订单生成，检查及相应工作更新
3. Confirm with all suppliers in products’ reception, inspection plan & delivery
同所有供货商确认产品收发和检查计划
4. Liaison with PB China Guangzhou office, China Head Office in Shanghai and PB headquarter in France
保持同广州Petit Beteau办公室,驻上海的中国总公司，以及法国总部的联系
5. Handle documents, filing and administrative work
处理文件，归档和行政工作
6. Assist manager’s routine work and finish other work assigned
辅助经理的日常工作，及完成其他交办事宜
7. Coordinate warehouse inspection work with China suppliers and French Team
协调供应商、法国总部与仓库质检的工作
8. This job is based in Beilun district of Ningbo city

Job Requirements:
1. Good written English, fluent oral English will be preferred
良好的英语书面表达能力，流利英语口语优先
2. Related working experience in Garment trade company or purchasing office will be preferred. (Fresh graduate in textile/garments major is welcome)
有相关服装贸易公司或采购办公室工作经历为佳
3. Good MS office application skills, especially EXCEL
熟练使用office 办公软件，尤其是excel
4. Good organization ability
良好的组织协调能力
5. Strong communication skills
出色的沟通能力
6. Knowledge at garment manufacture is preferred
