JOB OBJECTIVES/岗位设立目的:

? Moderate FMEA process accord Marquardt requirement.
JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:
(Describe the responsible area or authorization of the position holder/描述该职位的 职权或负责的业务范围)
? Moderate the FMEA for new projects;
? Update and change the FMEA for lessons learned and production improvement.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:
(Key job focuses and responsibilities to reflect critical successful factors(CSF)/成功达成职位目标的关键职责)
? Responsible for the Design-FMEA, Process-FMEA
? Planning and organization of FMEA team sessions
? Moderation of FMEA sessions, including structure creation, failure mode analysis and action definition
? Action tracking for defined FMEA actions
? Support for definition of process flow chart and control plan
? Training of FMEA team members
? Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:
(Minimum requirements on education, training, industry experience, skills/competencies, etc. to fulfill the position /列举岗位所需最低教育、培训、行业经验、技能、技巧等)
? At lease Bachelor degree in engineering
? Practical experience on preparing and use FMEA
? Knowledge of FMEA manual
? Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 or ISO9001 standards.
? Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
? Experience in organizing / leading cross-function team / meeting
? Good knowledge of English in written and spoken
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)/优先考虑条件:
(Education, training, industry experience , skills/competencies, etc. to support better fulfillment of the position /列举教育、培训、行业经验、技能、技巧等能更好完成岗位所需任务)
? Working experience in R&D or Industrial Engineering.
? Experience on design quality (quality planning) function for electronics or automotive industrial.
? Familiarity / experience with manufacturing process. E.g. injection, assembly, SMT, etc.
