KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Engineering team, NPI team, Suppliers in Zhejiang Province

MAIN PURPOSE: Responsible for coordinating auditors to monitor and control product quality in supplier site of Zhejiang Province.

Major Activities and duties:

1. Coordinate auditors who base in Zhejiang Province to perform normal finished products audit prior to shipment of each container.

协调浙江的驻厂检验员执行每个货柜出货前的成品检验。

2. Arrange and control auditors’ working time under a reasonable level and conformance with legal standards.

安排和控制浙江驻厂检验员的合理工作时间以符合法规要求。

3. Judge the container reject or release according to the audit result, Hoover Basic Specification and inspection documents.

根据验货结果及HOOVER的规格书和检验文件来判定货柜的拒收和接受。

4. Report quality issues and audit data to manager for review.

向主管汇报质量问题及验货数据以便审核。

5. Investigate the quality issues and product defects in supplier site of Zhejiang. Provide recommendation where warranted.

在浙江供应商现场调查质量问题和产品缺陷，提供建议

6. Initiate and monitor the CAR for the supplier quality improvement. Follow up the corrective action progress. Track the effect of corrective action.

发起和监控CAR以要求供应商质量改善。追踪纠正改善方案的进展，跟踪改善方案的效果

7. Conduct the products routine reliability test according to Hoover test standard and plan through suppliers test lab, review and report the reliability test result.

根据Hoover的测试标准和计划，通过供应商实验室执行日常的可靠性测试，评估和报告可靠性测试结果

8. Conduct production process audit to prevent quality problem.

执行生产制程的审查以预防质量问题。

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Male/Female with more than 5 year quality assurance/control work experience. Experience on Cleaner is preferred

5年的质量保证/控制工作经验。有吸尘器产品经验者优先。男女不限。

2. Education of technical school is minimum requirements, major in machinery or moulding is preferred.

高职技术学校及以上毕业。主修机械或注塑者优先。

3. Good computer skills, be familiar with MS office software;

能熟练使用电脑，熟悉MS office software。

4. High efficiency ，sense of responsibilities, and self motivated.

有很好的效率，责任感及主动性

5. Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, team work attitude;

有较好的领导，沟通能力，有较好的团队合作精神。

Candy Hoover Suzhou is a wholly owned foreign enterprise based in Suzhou. It reports and provides services to its parent company Candy Hoover Group srl who are a privately owned domestic appliance manufacturer based in Brugherio, Italy. Candy Hoover Group srl was formed in 1st January 2010 from the previous company Candy Elettrodomestici which was originally founded in 1945 with its initial production of washing machine. In 1995 Candy Elettrodomestici bought Hoover European Appliance group from Maytag adding to its major appliance division a vacuum cleaner manufacturer. Our office in Suzhou is responsible for the concept, design, development, testing, sourcing and quality management of our Small Domestic Appliances.
