Responsibility

1 Facilities and Buildings Management

The guaranteeing of floor-space management encompassing the following topics: moves, rental contracts and documentation. The maintenance and running of the company's own buildings and grounds and of those which are rented. These tasks are to be carried out in line with legal regulations and safe production standards, they are subject to budgeted expenditure, must be of the agreed quality and are to be performed at the defined point in time. Service functions to support the smooth running of the locations.

2 Factory Planning for Buildiings, Technical Equipment

Planning, controlling and co-ordination of factory-building measures including structural and infrastructure extensions, with the aim of achieving completion on a defined date, efficiency of expenditure and the required quality standards. Definition and rolling out of Facility Management standards and subsequent investigations to ascertain that such standards are observed at the various locations - with the proviso that risks are minimized and operations and energy usage are optimized for the good of the company.

3 Supply and Waste Disposal

The providing of energies and process utilities for the operating of locations, with the aim of a high degree of availability and the fixing of costs in line with market conditions. The disposing of all material flows, solid and liquid, to facilitate the smooth running of locations, with the aim of achieving a high degree of availability, of observing all legal stipulations and of fixing costs reflecting market requirements. These activities are to take into consideration the recycling possibilities on

offer.

4 Industrial Safety, Health and Safety Protection and Security

The guaranteeing of adherence to legal regulations while taking into consideration economic aspects. Making safe of the locations. Giving of advice as to the minimising of risks at the various locations. Dealing with the public authorities as regards the relevant subject areas.

5 Exhibitions and Events

The securing of suitable exhibition areas, of exhibition equipment and the guaranteeing of trade fair operations for a defined deadline, with efficient costing and the required quality standards. Similarly the securing of suitable event locations for Hella displays, both indoors andb outdoors, at a defined point in time, displays with defined guidelines regarding content and completed with economic efficiency for the purpose of client acquisition and maintenance of good client contact.

Tasks / Area of Responsibility

The provision and guarantee for the safe, smooth running of factory, warehouse, development, laboratory and office areas as well as temporary locations including all manner of technical infrastructure. All these activities are to be carried out against the backcloth of conserving resources, adhering to legal stipulations and securing industrial safety and economic efficiency. These aims are to be achieved by using the appropriate means and by ensuring the required quality, all at the correct and/or required time. Similarly the providing of service sectors and support within budget limits and on time throughout the company's premises and within its core processes. Reporting and advisory services regarding these subject areas.

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
