职位描述：

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

1. Do feasibility study and cost estimation for production equipment based on product design independently to make sure the manufacturing cost is objective

2. Work out production process concept including reasonable cycle time design, line layout / logistics / fixture planning for cost efficient industrialization according to company standards

3. Participate PFMEA to define preventive actions together with team and contribute ideas to minimize the potential risks in mass production

4. Create equipment specification based on production concept; evaluate the quotation concerning technical concept and cost to make sure the equipment can be realized with optimal solution

5. Clarify all open points with equipment manufacturer/Quality/R&D before get quotation and ensure the equipment timeline and quality during the realization

6. Lead design / delivery / final release meeting of equipment or whole production line actively and drive for improvement/solution in order to make sure the equipment or whole line will be realized fully according to requirement and be released to mass production timely

7. Coordinate development team and equipment manufacturer in case of troubles during new product launch to keep the total project timeline

8. Create manufacturing documents based on company standards independently, e.g. SAP routings, SAP bill of materials, work instructions, to make sure the data is objective and correct for mass production

9. Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:

1. Bachelor of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or other engineering major

2. 3-5 years work experience, 2 years above experience in process planning of electro-mechanical products and equipment realization

3. Familiar with assembly technologies e.g. pressing, soldering, resistance welding

4.3 years above experience in new product development projects.
