Recruitment:
1.Work closely with hiring manager on job requirement, expectation and candidate selection process to ensure the right candidate is recruited
2.Conduct competency based candidate interviews, such as face to face, tel/video interview
3.Work with retail to set up new store opening project plan to understand local market and manpower in using most effective channels
4.Establish and maintain candidate data base, develop a talent pool of qualified candidates
5.Manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey (interview, reference check, offering, on-board process)
Employment Relation
1.Follow whole employment cycle, secure store staff on-board process
2.Assist on HRBP issues such as staff development, engagement, activities.
3.Play as HRBP role to address personnel issue with professional suggestion and recommendation to Line Manager, and partner with leadership team on employee engagement, retention and employee relations programs.
Others duties assigned by HR manager.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree, prefer with experiences in industry and certification related industry.
2.5 years HR working experience, minimum 1 years working experience in recruiting.
3.General knowledge of China employment law and ability to apply legal concepts in formulating HR policy, C&B regulation with its implementation.
4.Hardworking and service oriented, good at coordinate
5.Good commanded in written English.
