职位描述：
MISSIONS
Based in Shanghai office, you will manage the Finance department for China (4 branch offices, 9 locations) and Hong-Kong (total scope 30+ million USD revenue). The team includes 10 people with direct and/or functional management. Additional 5 subsidiaries located in South Asia and South East Asia report functionally to the Asia Finance Manager. You will report directly to the Vice-President Asia-Pacific, and functionally to the Group CFO. The Asia Finance Manager is responsible to :

-Manage and optimize the cash flow of Bansard Asia companies
-Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and corporate financial policies
-Manage the risks, control the costs (both operation costs and general expenses) and optimize the allocation of ressources
-Manage the China/HKG Accounting team and review day to day operations: General Ledger, AP, AR, cash management, finance controlling, reporting etc.
-Establish system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems
-Prepare budgets and review financial statements with management
-Responsible for the company's tax declaration & annual survey
-Coordinate preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting for the consolidation at Bansard Asia level
-Establish and maintain excellent relationship with internal & external auditors, banks, clients financial representatives, tax representatives and other actors
-Handle Foreign Exchange transactions, Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees
-Any other missions assigned by the company

REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum Master degree in Accounting or Finance education, CPA is a plus
-Proven work experience and expertise in financial management and corporate accounting with minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position
-Logistics industry set up is appreciated
-Knowledge of IFRS rules, familiar with national and local China and Hong-Kong tax law & regulations, knowledge of other Asian tax law & regulations is appreciated
-Strong budgeting, forecasting and/or reporting knowledge and experience
-Comfortable with different information systems (Excel, ERP systems)
-Excellent management, leadership and communication skills
-Ability to work in multicultural environment and under pressure
-Detail oriented, challenging mind, adaptable and flexible, entrepreneur spirit
