Responsibilities:
1.Work as 1st level IT in IT helpdesk center and desk side support management
2.Provide rapid and correct Problem Determination and Problem Source Isolation via hotline and Email
3.Provide timely technical support on the problems and advisory service for internal colleagues.
4.Be extremely accurate in the information and solutions provided to the internal colleagues
5.Collaborate with Second Level IT engineers to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction.
6.Answer escalation questions and provide consulting service for internal colleagues
7.Learn advanced technologies and deliver high-level training internally and externally

Requirements:
1.Computer Engineering/ IT education background with intern experience or 1 year working experience
2.Experience in Microsoft technologies is preferred
3.Fair written and verbal English
4.Quick learning and troubleshooting skills are needed
5.Hard working and great passion on new computer technology.
6.Strong desire to learn new technology
7.Candidate must be proactive and highly self-motivated
8.Demonstrate an aptitude and appetite for learning new technologies, evidenced by the ability to expand upon core knowledge.
