Supply Chain PlannerStrong drive to improve existing processes and systems is highly desired. Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate/long term priorities and exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity. Key objectives will be managing PO placements, tracking Pos with suppliers and obtaining timing and commitments for completion. Managing supply and demand within the Global Supply Chain.



RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Help in planning and execute procurement of finished goods and raw materials from global contract manufacturers and suppliers

· Maintain strong working relationships and communications directly with suppliers and the supply chain team.

· Work with manufacturers and suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules and monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on-time deliveries

· Proactively report product and material availability issues

· Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information

· Proactively provide supply status and shipment tracking to North America, Europe and AsiaPac

· Coordinate with contract manufacturers and suppliers the required international shipping and commercial documents

· Participate and contribute to weekly S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process

· Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment of raw materials, components, and finished goods



Requirements

· Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field

· 1-3years Supply Chain Planning experience

· Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts and application

· Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills

· Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
