Job Responsibility工作职责
1. Promoting quality achievement and performance improvements throughout the organization.
促进公司产品质量提高以及性能改进
2. Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
制定,执行,沟通,保持一个质量计划,使公司的质量体系和政策符合国家的质量体系要求
3. Effectively interact with Engineering, Purchasing and Assembly teams to maintain product supply and help introduce new products
有效地与工程、采购、装配部门沟通,保持产品供应,协助引进新产品
4. Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
与采购人员合作,参考外部供应商的要求,建立质量要求标准
5. Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
确保符合国家、国际标准和法规
6. Considering the application of environmental and health and safety standards.
考虑环境、健康和安全标准的应用
7. Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply.
同意并建立明确的质量标准和检测方法,以供员工参考
8. Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.

9. Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.

10. Liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications.

11. Establishing standards of service for customers or clients.

12. Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.

13. Organize and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with the customers and with the Company’s Management team (Member of Management Team).

14. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
确定相关的质量培训要求并提供培训
15. Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters.

16. Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
确保正确理解测试以及程序,执行并评估,如有需要,对产品修改进行审查
17. Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.

18. Writing technical and management systems reports.

19. Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.

Minimum Qualification基本要求:
1. University degree: Advantage具有本科以上学历更佳

3.Language: Fluent English 英语流利
4.Experience from international company: Advantage 具有外资企业工作经验更佳
5. Experience of quality operations: 3-5 years 质量工作经验要求:3~5年
6. Technology knowledge: Advantage 具有技术知识更佳
7.Have work experience in automobile industry有汽车行业的工作经验
8.Be familiar with PPAP、APQP熟悉PPAP、APQP
9.Have management experience for ISO9001 有ISO9001 体系管理经验
