Job Description:

1. Release correct supplier schedule to supplier before every Mon. 12:00
2. Manage discrete orders (create SO/PO in system, confirm with supplier and feed back to customer) on time & correct
3. Update PO & schedule in system based on agreements and push supplier to ship on time
4. Make out allocation plan & flexible shipping plan to meet customer OTD, track expedite orders
5. Closely monitor abnormal demand, receiving, shipping, packaging, reduce slow moving and total inventory value
6. Evaluate & improve supplier performance
7. Create and update planning master data on time
8. Finish the job assgined by supervisor on time
