1、STRONG QC Management experience – at least in the past 5-7 years
2、Engineering background is a must
3、College Degree a must
4、Someone who has built a QC team ground up
5、Experience and knowledge of the materials related to Gift and Wall Décor Industry – wood, plastic injection, Extruded plastics, resin, ceramic, metals. Maybe not all but the majority.
6、Able to lead a team of QA Engineer, inspectors and QC Coordinator ( Staff of 8-10)
7、Excellent interpersonal skills and communicates effectively
8、Strong Factory relationships
9、30% travel
10、Submit a QC Plan – just an overview based on how much you share on New View. The types of products/materials/types of customers and current processes we have in place
11、Reports directly to VP Global Operations

· 提交一份质量控制计划- 关于新视角的一份综述，产品类型/材料/顾客类型和当前的操作程序
· 直接提交到全球运营副总裁
