岗位职责：

1、负责淘宝部门全面管理工作，根据公司经营方针和部门业务需要，合理设置部门组织结构和岗位分工，优化业务流程，合理配置人力资源，开发和培养员工能力，对员工进行绩效管理，提升部门工作效率。

2、负责商城各项销售指标、运营指标的预测与达成，并实时反馈、监督与改进。

3、定期对网店的运营参数如：流量数据、营销数据、交易数据、产品管理、客户管理等进行详细的系统分析，策划组织网络店铺推广活动，并对其进行结果分析及效果评估。

4、根据商品分类和陈列装修原则，掌控本部门店铺商品的陈列装修安排。

5、负责收集市场和行业信息，分析总结竞争对手，行业信息，公司产品信息等调研信息，确定调研结果，为公司的总体战略制定提供相关依据和有效应对方案。

6、根据年度经营指标（销售额、成交转化率、人事费用、广告投入、佣金提成等）做好分月预估，掌控销售利润。

7、协助总经理和项目经理领导管理团队，建立明确、可衡量、有效的激励考核指标，培训、发展优秀的运营队伍。

岗位要求：

1、对淘宝的运营环境、淘宝的商品排名机制、运营规则、推广工具以及淘宝社区有深入的研究与使用。

2、本科及以上学历，电子商务、计算机、市场营销等相关专业毕业。

3、三年以上电子商务网站B2C营运管理工作经验及策划、推广经验。

4、具有优秀的营销管理能力。

注：面试录用后，9月上旬开始上班。
