The role is to assist UK purchasing officers managing order delivery, improve supplier performance on lead time, cost etc.,and form good working relationshipwith suppliers via negotiation, teamwork and clear communication. Besides, the role also needs to arrange shipment when needed and carry out normal admin work in the China office. The job requires in-depth knowledge of orders and production status, ability of tracking orders on time as well as strong sense of teamwork. The candidates need to be proactive, have a good sense of time and urgency and be able to work under pressure.Good written and oral English is a must.Having experience of working in a factory and good understanding of shipment arrangement could be a plus.
