QA&QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control) Job Description

1.To review the current policies and modify/complement plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.

2.To establish quality procedure (sample & inspection) and quality assurance acceptance standard (QAAS).

3.Prepare product technical documents & reports and make sure they are fully understood and implemented by supplier.

4. Sample evaluation and give improvement proposal to supplier if any failures.

5. Communicate with supplier and Head Office if any deviation found before mass production.

6. Provide training & feedback to QC to make sure inspection is done properly.

7. Review QC inspection report and make final decision on shipment approval.

8. Follow and track improvement actions with supplier to make sure company’s quality standards are met.

9.Provide supports to Team Sourcing on new item to define safety & reliability requirements.

10.Rate supplier in terms of quality performance.

11.Factory evaluation/audit.

12.Must be willing to do some QC inspections during peak season or when short of inspectors on the field.

Ideal Candidate must possess the following characteristics:

1. Effective communication and report writing skills.

2. Proactive with customer-oriented attitude.

3. Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.

4. Good leadership capabilities to lead projects to successful completion.

5. Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management and assurance.

6. The candidate should also be able to work well in a team setting and should be able to deal effectively with overseas/headquarters claims

质量管理

1、 男女不限，良好的英语阅读，书写能力，需要有一定的口语能力。

2、 熟悉质量检验流程，具备书写样品评估报告，产品规格，质量纠错报告能力。

3、 和国外总部质量管理人员进行颜色色差，材料，质量投诉的确认及跟进事宜.

3、 熟悉杂货礼品类产品--文具/包/五金工具/杯子/厨房用具/电子产品等。

4、 有良好的判断能力、人际能力、沟通能力和执行能力。

5、 身体健康，视力正常，能适应宁波周边地区的出差。
