Work Area:
Ningbo, Taicang and Qingyuan yard operation

Main purpose of Job:
Planning, administration and general management of Yard operations

People Management Responsibility:
- Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to build up productivities
- Train staff and monitoring the performance and progress

Typical Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods
- Oversee stock control and processing orders
- Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment
- Responsible for the security of the building and stocks
- Monitor and set aside storage space
- Organize special requirement for different stocks
- Ensure productivity and maintain efficient system
- Respond to and deal with customer communications
- Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Experience Knowledge/Skills:
- Have above 8 years of managerial experience on warehousing management, experience on scrap and metal business is plus. Good sense of organisation.
- skills in communication, problem solving, decision-making, prioritizing work, organizing and getting the necessary information from relevant sources
- Metal and scrap knowledge is a plus
- Language: Chinese, English.
