1.大学本科或以上学历，机械或汽车相关专业，市场营销专业但长期从事汽车或机械行业优先考虑；
2.有3年以上机械或汽车行业相关工作经验，熟悉汽车行业项目流程、有产品项目管理经验者优先考虑；
3.熟练使用office办公软件；
4.具备一定的英文读写能力；
5.具备较强的组织协调、沟通能力。
岗位职责：
1.设计客户的现有产品的相关变种；
2.负责查阅客户技术要求，协调解决客户技术问题，提供相关资料；
3.协助销售、产品和研发为客户提供技术方案，并为客户进行产品选型；
4.协调跟踪新的定制化产品和样品的进度；
5.组织定期或临时性的应用项目及产品评审会，跟进记录和跟踪汇总；
6.跨部门沟通协调，推动和落实新应用定制化项目和产品以及时满足客户需求；
7.评价整个生命周期内所开发产品危害环境的可能性以及再生能力；
8.及时指导、处理、协调和解决产品出现的技术问题；
9.参与并支持公司内职业健康安全生产管理；
10.协助建立和完善技术管理工作流程和相关文件及表格；
11.协助建立和完善公司质量体系文件中技术管理相关程序与工作；
12.在提供技术方案时考虑并提出环境和产品质量安全方面（降低物料消耗、降低能耗、减少废物产生、减少健康安全风险、生态降解）的要求；
13.按出差要求支持客户，并支持销售发展新的机会。
