岗位职责:
参与筛选抗体，包被抗体，标记抗体，优化反应体系，制备试剂盒。
岗位要求:
1.有免疫诊断试剂盒开发或生产经验，了解免疫分析的原理。
2.生物、制药或医学检验相关专业大专及以上学历。
3.熟悉基本的免疫分析产品开发过程及实验操作，能够分析数据。
4.有一定的文件编写能力，能写实验报告，善于总结实验结果。
