岗位职责：
筛选抗体，包被抗体，标记抗体，优化反应体系，制备试剂盒；优化试剂盒生产工艺以达到产品要求的灵敏度，特异性，线性范围和稳定性；参与产品的转产、临床试验和注册。
岗位要求：
1.有免疫诊断试剂盒开发和生产经验，熟悉免疫分析的工作原理和试剂盒研发的关键环节。
2.生物、制药或医学检验相关专业本科及以上学历。
3.具有一定独立科研能力，善于学习新技术和新方法。
4.具有良好的英文读写水平，能看懂专业外文资料。
