Goals/Mission:
- Achieve the IPSS industry product sales target in the specified Chemical field in Shanghai, establish and keep good customer relationship and sales sense.

Working Partners/Contacts:
- Internal: Report to Chemical team leader, cooperate with BU/BA/PP and region colleagues, good communication with BU and other business groups;
- External: all relevant employee in the customer organization, especially, chemical product technical player.

Tasks:
- Fulfill the individual sales target;
- Focus on market information and explore new customer resource and new branch;
- Promote respective IPSS products,systems and solution in branch application;
- Fill in or update all customer information in the SPV system completely;
- Follow up IPSS strategies;
- Visit customers regularly and establish good and long-term relationship;
- Implement the strategy and price policy of product BU;
- Hold new product technical training,roadshow, seminar etc. for customer;
- Responsible for the personal budget fulfillment and customer project forecast list;
- Collect all available market data and report to TL/SM;
- Other related tasks which was assigned by supervisor.

Education:
- Bachelor Degree or above, majored in chemical/automation/power electrical related major.

Knowledge/Languages:
- Good oral English and communication skill;
- Good MS-office or other software application skill;
- Familiar with Industry chemical Branch;
- Good work experience or background of chemical branch;
- Good technical knowledge of chemical process.

Experience:
- 3~5+ years chemical or related branch working experience, Engineering designing working background is better, familiar with automation and drive technology will be better.
