The Responsibilities
? Offering a demanding and multifaceted activity as an electronic expert in the focus area Sensor Technologies, supporting the development of smart services, smart products and smart production.
? In charge of the management and realization of digitization projects.
? Introduction and management of standards for sensor technologies in all digitization projects of REHAU.
? Digitization related coaching & technology support of our divisions worldwide for sensor technologies.
? Prototype construction & hardware related programming of software in our IOT Lab in Shanghai.
? Redesign and technological specification of prototypes for mass production readiness.
? Establishing and maintaining a good network with relevant electronic experts in the technology hotspots and top universities in China.
? Due to your profound knowledge in the electronic sector you are in charge of the management and realization of digitization projects.


The Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or comparable degree)
? At least 5 years working experience in related Function.
? At least 3 years’ experience in agile project management.
? Have the experience in establish and manage contacts to electronic manufacturing companies.
? Excellent knowledge in active electronic components (sensors, actors, i/o modules).
? Excellent knowledge in circuit design and analysis Good knowledge in programming (embedded systems).
? Analytical and structured working methodology & conceptual thinking.
? Distinct ability to communicate and work as a part of a team.
? Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken (optional command of German).
