Mission:
- Acting as the central interface between sales, customers, SAG, OC's in China and all SLC depts. Implementation of standardizing & harmonizing LCC/BU/Regional procedures for order handling within SLC across the various sales regions

Contacts:
- BA, Sales, BU, Headquarter Germany, LCC & OC

Task
- Order process, including contract preparation, order input into SAP, payment collection, billing and handle logistic stuff;
- assets controlling, incl. UBC & A/R;
- Interface between sales & customers, answering queries from both on stock and shipment or orders;
- Deal with customer complains of any kind (not technical) and coordinate to solution.

Knowledge
- knowledge and experience in international trade practice and rules;
- knowledge and experience in logistic issues of order processing;

Experience
- experience of using SAP would be a plus;
- fluent in written and oral English

Education
- Bachelor or above, International Trade is preferred.
