Target:
1. Strengthen the capability(1) of special material(2) sourcing and purchasing.
2. Strengthen the project/bidding competition capability from product side.
3. Keep supervising and improving PZ team performance.

(1) Capability includs time, customer’s request fulfill rate, product price and quality.
(2) Special material means the non-catalogue material.

Duty and responsibility:
1. Act as leader of PZ team, responsible for team performance.
2. Define the special material conception range, and keep timely communication with comercial team (Sales and CS.)
3.Implement and keep updating / improving special material sourcing process, especially for completely new material or supplier, make sure an efficient performance.
4.Supplier evaluation and management, including quality(1), price and service, make sure supplier’s performance is under supervised and controlled.
5.Supplier pool implement and timely maintenance.
6.Timely update with PM leader the frequently purchasing materials.

(1) Quality feedback mainly from HoCN QC and customer.

Request:
1. No less than 10 years sourcing and purchasing experience for low volume and high mixing material, project experience is preferred.
2. Experience in workshop tools is must.
3. Supplier management experience.
4. Team management experience is preferred.
5. Be willing and good at learning.
6. Good English.
7. Strong teamworking spirit.
8. Good at working under pressure.
9. Easy going and flexible.
