职位意图协助销售的日常工作, 配合销售的业务发展及拓展 , 协助销售制定销售策略，力争做到利润最大化和服务最优化。支持和保障销售业务的顺利发展。配合销售进行货物的全程跟踪。
主要职责描述：( 客户服务 )1）每天协助销售处理客户咨询的问题及询价
2）帮助销售向海外分公司或国内操作询问最新价格
3）制作报价单为客户及时准确的报出最新合理的运价
4）做好发货人与操作的沟通协调工作。及时帮助发货人解决突发或疑难问题
5）密切地与海外操作保持联系，确保货物正常的出运。将得到的最新货物信息反馈给客户
6）制作每票货物详细信息及出运到港时间报表发送给需要的客户
7）帮助销售准备拜访客户的报价，公司介绍及货物运输所需的各种文件，资料
8）陪同销售进行定期的客户拜访
9）帮助销售从各种渠道寻找潜在的销售商机。做预先的电话咨询后，将客户的货物运输意向信息转达销售，以便销售进一步联系客人了解详细情况。
10）根据得到的最新价格进行定时定期的客户报价单的更新
11）关注和协调操作将每票货物的预报及最后的费用明细发送给客户
12）将客户每个月货物运输的发票核对后寄给指定负责人
13）协助销售整理每个客户的资料及客户的运输要求，将信息转交操作。
14）定期询问客户的要求及意见，向客户提出合理化建议以便优化服务质量

专业知识、经验、技能
1）2年以上相关客户服务工作经验2）本科学历3 ) 基本达到国际货运代理日常 听,说及电邮沟通交流要求4 ) 熟悉计算机运用技能。能熟练操作各种办公自动化软件5）拥有丰富的工作经验和沟通技巧
Position Purpose: Support the business development strategies/ activities in respective sales team and customers in accordance with the group business strategy as well as local business environment to deliver maximum profit, optimize business assets and provide support to sales team for the entire selling cycle and process
Key Accountabilities:
1. Handle incoming calls and enquiry
2. Help sale enquire rate from overseas office and operator
3. Prepare quotations to customers
4. Correspond client and operators, Help client settle problems in transport
5. Contact with overseas office everyday, Make sure the shipment ship out and provide information to client
6. Make report with all shipment information to client
7. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposal or presentation materials for customer visit or service review
8. Accompany sales team on client visiting
9. assistance to sales on secure of target business opportunities
10. Renew and update quotations at monthly basis.
11. Assist in monitoring operator on per-alert and invoice to client within time stipulated
12. Pack up all invoice to client monthly
13. individual design of the SOP , review and updated with op staff
14. prepare information and review with each client regularly , for the continue of servcie improvement and optimization Knowledge, Experience & Skills (Job specific competencies)
1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience2. college degree or above3. available on daily e-mail and dialogue on basic int’l freight forwarding business4. PC knowledge is the must 5. Products knowledge and effective communication
