Market intelligence
- To collect market capacity supply and demand information and do relative analysis
- To collect information from N&C China offices and other sources & analysis the competitors’ ’ service/rotation/allocation/ and other commercial issues.
Pricing
- teleconference with ARO and local sales, review market situation & make rate -proposals for next week sailings
- Daily - to communicate with sales team and exchange market status, including rate level, competitors' actions, booking situation., etc, push and pull to maximize filling factor; LARA SQ closing for all concerned regions together with ARO team
- Weekly distribute guideline rate and TAD to Yangtze River to promote CIF biz.
Cargo-flow
- CIMEX forecast: five vessels projection report to Cargo flow & ARO.
- Analyse five vessels projection report, to push & pull bookings on each loop in the coming weeks
Clients follow up
- rate negotiation and booking follow up to develop cross region/cross trade clients.
- Monthly S/C review, to keep those loyal accounts' continued support
- To coordinate with local team for emergency case/problem solving, to keep service quality to those valuable accounts
KPI review
- to analyse allocation fulfilment of last week per POL per trade, push & pull local sales team to make sure fulfilment of NPRC+CPRC given allocation on the vessels ahead
- Weekly upload N&C China market report into BI system & do relative analysis
- Monthly trade related report update (Performance/Top customer/ segment/ freight ect.).
