Receptionist
-Provide business trip assistance to employees such as visa application, invitation letters, accommodation reservation, pick-up service etc
-Maintain company facilities and workplace in a clean, comfortable, professional manner consistent with the company corporate image
-Print office material
-Airway bill, company envelope, name card, calendar…etc.
-Staffs leave application statistical report for management’s approval;
-Prepare employment contract for new hiring staffs and collect all relevant doc to HR company
-Update directory list monthly and sent to Asia on the first day of each month
-Update office rental list/ agent agreement /IT equipment usage report monthly and save on server
-Prepare all office supply’s payment request to accounting dept
-Keep all office back up keys
-Other duties requested by manager
Job Requirements
Knowledge
-College graduate or above, preferably major in administration
-at least 3 years relevant working experience.
Skill
-Proficient in Microsoft Office is MUST (especially on Excel, word, Power Point,V-lookup&Pivot Table)
-Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
-Sound interpersonal & communication skills Good at work prioritization skill.
