职位描述：
1. Study and understand Foshan plant HSEQ management system requirement ( ISO9001/14001, Maestro, Process Safety,
Occupation Health etc)
2. Follow-up the implementation status of HSEQ management system.
3. Introduce and communicate Foshan plant HSEQ management system to government authority, visitor, customers,
subcontractors etc.
4. Maintain and update ISO14001, Mastro, PSM, OHM procedures.
5. Maintain and organize the risk analysis & risk control study in process safety area.
6. Take charge of HSE training and site inspection in Foshan plant.
7. Follow-up the risk assessment, PGI, substandard & near-miss etc implementation of improvements.
8. Arrange inspection of accident, and Prepare accident report and send to management on time;
9. Pay attention to external HSE messages and report to management on time;
10. Take other responsibility dispatched by the HSEQ manager
Qualifications:
1. University degree or above, major in HSE or related.
2. More than 3 years experiences in HSE or process & production in chemical or refinery area.
3. Good communications both Chinese & English.
4. Good computer software skill.
5. Strong responsibility and team work spirit.
