职位描述：
Important European Large Retailer, with more than 400 stores, is looking for SOURCING MANAGER in our Sourcing Office in Ningbo.

SOURCING MANAGER for Indoor Decoration items, including the families of decoration items, photo frames, mirrors, clocks, decoration lights, candles, etc.

室内装饰品的采购经理，包括一般装饰品，相框，镜子，钟，装饰灯，蜡烛等系列。



Job Responsibilities:

? Understanding the needs of the buyer, the core ranges, the main competition to translate them into carrying out sourcing activities
? Managing independently the related business in accordance with the strategy and fixed objectives
? Optimizing the pool of suppliers & build a strong sourcing data base
? Manage & monitor purchase orders
? Being responsible for validating orders with the buyer
? Ensuring regular update and follow-up with the Buyer
? Optimizing the Time to Market & Service level
? Guaranteeing a positive managerial atmosphere within the team
? Monitoring teams’ workloads and productivity

Job Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree or above qualification
? Relevant sourcing experience in indoor decoration is a must with a good supplier database
? Strong Negotiation skills required
? At least 2 years’ Management experience in Merchandising Company
? Independent thinking with good initiative
? Strong analytical mind, ability to identify and solve problems
? Good communications and interpersonal skills
? Good in spoken and written English and Mandarin
? Required to travel frequently



We expect :
Man, Woman, 28 to 40 years old, good command of English, spoken & written. Knowledge of French language will be considered as a +, as well as any other language from the target geographical zone. With a University degree, we expect a minimum of 3 years experience in similar position in sourcing offices or buying offices of large retail group already set up in South East Asia or in the Indian Subcontinent.

o Identification, evaluation and development of new suppliers
o Negotiation of price, conditions, logistic and cost break down analysis.
o Follow up and control of the production and shipment.

跟进和控制生产进度和船期。
