- For our Industry Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative 客户技术支持代表
What are my responsibilities?
- Provide Helpdesk Services to support customers across Greater China region in order to achieve 100% customer success and satisfaction goal via the GTAC AP Greater China. By using Telephone services, Web application tool and E-mail, solve the customer’s question, problem and handle the enhance request of Siemens PLM Software products. Establish long term relationship with customers to keep and glow ME&S profits
- Work closely with customers, GTAC AP, US TAC and R&D to build up and to improve relationship among them and improve the customer satisfaction.
- Assist helpdesk Management to integrate helpdesk functions and improve the capabilities of helpdesk.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Personality:
- Willing to constantly learn and to keep up-to-date with PLM technologies and their implication on the way we support our customers
- Strong business sense with a positive, get-it-done attitude balanced a well developed sense for realities
- With a passion for customer excitement and strong sense of ownership
- Self-starter with well developed sense for priorities and the ability to follow through.
- Mature, pleasant, well organized, self-motivated, reliable, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Understanding the purpose and goal of technical helpdesk for the all over the AP region.
Communication Skills:
- Good in presentation, communication and be able to make people understand the issue or resolution independently.
- Be able to deal the customer problem and question appropriately and vigorously.
- Able to proactively acquire and communicate technology best practice and latest information for customers and partners.
- Be perceived as a trusted technical advisor by customer and partner.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Qualifications & experience:
- Over 2+ years on Teamcenter.
- Bachelor or master degree holder or above in Engineering or Information Technology.
- Working Experience in Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledge and working experience in MSFT Windows, high end PC Workstation and OS level Tuning.
What else do I need to know?
- Familiar with Siemens PLM Software Teamcenter.
- Knowledge of Siemens PLM Software other products such as NX, Solid Edge is definitely an advantage.
- Other vendor CAD systems knowledge is definitely an advantage
- Working independently and confidently in analyzing customer requirements and transform them into workable solutions.
- Need to have answering skill for customer demand.
- Need to have interview skill to get right information from customer
- Need to have technical writing skill for writing the technical report among customer and USTAC.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines
