Main Job Description 岗位职责:
1. Assist with salesman to offer related company documents to customer, responsible for create and chop quotation & sales contract;
协助销售人员提供客户需求的相关公司资质材料,负责报价单、合同的制作和签章;
2. Place sales order in SAP, and file all sales contracts;
SAP中进行销售订单的录入、并对销售合同进行归档;
3. Daily communication with customer, download order information & invoice request & updated delivery information in customers' platform;
与客户日常的交流,从客户系统中查询、下载新订单、开票需求,执行发货等操作;
4. Follow up lead time according to contract condition, offer the status to salesman timely;
依据销售合同条款,跟踪交期情况,并及时通知销售人员;
5. Arrange delivery and billing request, delivery invoice to customer;
安排SAP日常发货,开票请求,以及销售发票的邮寄;
6. Review / clear back log orders regularly and offer details to salesman or customer;
定期清理未发货和发货未开票的订单,并将明细提供给销售人员或者客户;
7. Assist with AR reconciliation and push payment;
协助销售人员跟客户进行应收账款的核对和催收;
8. Other temporary deals requested by customer service manager.
上级领导临时交代的其他事务。
Other Requirements 其他任职要求:
1.Good communication skills both in Chinese & English;
良好的中英文沟通能力;
2.Strong team work spirit and cooperation sense ;
有强烈的团队和合作意识
3.>2 years of experience as customer service specialist in industry area;
两年以上工业领域的客服专员工作经验
4.SAP or ERP system experience is a plus.
SAP或者ERP经验者优先
