职位描述：
Main tasks:

Sourcing for big customers
- new supplier sourcing

1, familiar with ALDI, Tchibo brand, familiar with German market.
2, product knowledge and sourcing background.
3, sourcing ability, based on customer’s needs, always can find right supplier with good price and quality.
4, cost driver analysis, price benchmark and judgement, make right suggest to DK/Customer.
5, experience with furniture industry/ supplier base is a plus.

Supplier development
- Factory audit
- Supplier evaluation

1, manufactruing knowledge to do factory audit independently, know what is key production process, and key quality points, can decide the supplier is a high/low risk supplier after a factory audit.
2, supplier evaluation in terms of strategy, manufacturing, R&D, finance, price, quality, delivery and sustainability performance, build up supplier base for different categories.
3, knowledge for the whole supply chain, strong business sense and customer oriented mind set.

Project follow up
- news development

1, working as an ambassador, strong negotiation skill externally and internally, with supplier, DK buyer/coordinator and support matrix as quality and logistic team.
2, organized to follow up project, and regular review with DK
3, problem solving ability and fast reaction when deviation happens.
4, strong responsibility and make things happen, whole business picture/view.

Quality &logistic support
Sustainability

1, quality knowledge and logistic knowlege, can support QC team and Logistic team.
2, sustainability competence, know the social responsibility, healthy and environment standard in EU market, know the forest tracibility/FSC request. 举报 分享
