职位描述：
Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the job)

Provide the Pharmaceutical Operation IPU with all R+M services required to maintain, up-date production equipment, provide troubleshooting on production equipment.

Principal Job Objectives

？Perform R+M and operation activities in accordance with established budgets and Company’s Policies.
？Perform in-depth professional technical analysis on pharmaceutical equipment failure in pharmaceutical plant.
？Repair and Maintenance pharmaceutical equipment and instrument in good quality. Maintain the production in good work condition all the time and meeting “state of art” standards
？Prepare and manage spares parts and high failures parts for equipment.
？Instruct and coach on-line technician on packaging and blister machine change-over, on-line adjustment and on-line maintenance.
？Carry out preventive maintenance to the production machine according to SOP and archive PM documentation following GMP requirement.
？Keep and manage good repair and maintenance record.
？Install, relocate equipment when needed.
？Continuous improvement on equipment maintenance.


Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )

Principal Tasks.
1.Carry out the repair and maintenance work and troubleshooting to production equipment and installations timely
2.Implement all necessary measures, in order to ensure adequate and timely operation/readiness of Production Equipment and Installations.
3.Implement and maintain preventive maintenance systems, including management of spare parts.
4.Establish and maintain comprehensive technical documentation libraries and technical data files.
5.Carry out Qualifications and ensure Change Controls of machines, equipment and installations.
6.Work with Calibration Engineer to accomplish calibration tasks on equipment and instruments.
7.To be a good team player, share knowledge, write technical procedures.
8.Maintain good relationship with colleagues, satisfy the requester when carry out the R+M work for other section.
