职位描述：
Key duties / (Main) Responsibilities主要职责:
- Document translation and meeting/site interpretation, preparation of minutes of meeting;
文件翻译和参与会议，现场翻译，准备会议记录。
- Engineering data collection and reporting;
工程部门数据搜集及报告制作。
- OT recording and reporting for Engineering department;
工程部员工加班情况记录及汇报。
- Other administrative support;
其他行政工作支持
- Act in compliance with EHS rules and regulations, be authorized to correct nonconformity and pro-pose about continuous improvement of EHS system.
严格遵守EHS规章，有权利制止违章并对EHS体系的持续改进提出建议。
- Other assignments by supervisor

Required Qualifications基本要求:
- Bachelor in English or Business Administration;
本科学历，英语或行政管理相关专业
- Can work hard on shop floor with good team spirit;
具备良好的团队合作精神，能在车间现场工作。
- Proficient with MS office application ,incl. word, excel, ppt；
精通办公软件，包括word, excel, ppt。
- Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus;
