职位描述：
1. Coach the Machines installation/setup for newly introduced machines, pioneer training for operation and programming, commissioning etc指导机器安装/新引进机器的安装；为新引进的机器在操作、编程、调试等方面提供前期培训。
2. Trouble shooting for machines during NPI ( New Product Introduction) phase在新产品引进阶段解决机器故障。
3. Maintaining E-mind data base for specified products为特定的产品进行E-Mind数据维护.
4. Attend R&D project meeting and collect and send technical feedback to R&D team; 参与研发项目会议，给研发部门收集并发送技术反馈。
5. Provide Service Solution for new product, coach & train other service engineers, define service tool and involved in service technical document preparation, update and change; 为新产品提供服务解决方案,教练和培训其他服务工程师,定义服务工具，参与服务技术文件的准备、更新和变化。
6. Take over the escalated cases from field service engineers and give technical instruction and advices to field service engineers with the help of E-mind or by his own experience. 接管来自于现场服务工程师升级的产品技术问题并提供技术指导，通过E-mind的帮助或通过自己的经验来指导现场服务工程师。
7. Release Task-Force and Retrofit Project for specified products 为特定产品释放工作小组和改造项目
8. Support to complete the other task assigned from the immediate supervisor per business requirement支持并完成主管交付的其它任务

其他要求：
1. Bachelor degree from university or above大学本科或以上
2. Major in Electrical/ mechanical engineering, automation, material processing, optical or electronics 主修机电工程，自动化，材料加工，光学或电子相关专业
3. Master graduate or bachelor graduate with more than 3 years’ working experiences; 硕士毕业或本科及3年以上相关工作经验
4. Solid basics on related subjects such as electrical or mechanical, hydraulic knowledge; 在机电，液压方面有坚固的知识基础。
5. Familiar with mechanical or electrical or hydraulic or Siemens 840D control fundamentals; 熟悉机械，电气，液压或西门子840D数控系统
6. Experienced with machining centers or metal fabrication machines repair and setup. 有加工中心或金属加工机器的安装维修经验
7. Good English: speaking, reading and writing, English test CET 4/6, German is a plus 英语方面能够听说读写，会德语更好
