1. Staffing
- Implement recruiting process and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment activity.
- Maintain and develop suitable recruitment channels for the site, analyze recruitment channel effectiveness for the continuous improvement
- Build pipeline of candidate and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts
- Quick adaptation of all employees into their roles and accountabilities by conducting orientation for both direct and indirect employees
- Support regional HR on campus recruiting 2.Training - Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation;
- To collect and analyze the training requirements based on employee’s learning needs,and define annual training plan to carry out.
- Set up and maintenance the key staff capacity matrix table to consistently develop talent calibration system
- Work with all BU team to understand their learning needs, design learning activities, develop and recommend high quality courses resources.
- .Execute and tracking the training and culture activities.
3. ER
- Handle check-in, exit, promotion and internal transfer process, ensure the procedure timely, accurately and legally
- Maintain the employee database timely and accurately
- Deal with all licenses/permit required by local human capital government, and maintain good relationship with these authorities. - Provide HR consultant service to line managers and employees when necessary, ensure fully understand of HR policy/process across the site.
