职位描述：
设置此岗位的目的及岗位职责：
协助设备部经理制定部门年度计划、为重大决策提供建议和信息支持；
制定和实施制冷设备科学合理的运行方案，确保完成各项生产任务；
制定制冷设备的维修保养计划并统筹落实完成整个维护任务；
为制冷人员提供技术指导、安全培训、岗位考核，是制冷生产安全的第一责任人。

主要职责:
1. 科学合理地组织设备 运行，确保完成各项生产任务。
2. 根据制冷设备保养手册和说明书制定保养计划，并按照计划安排、实施保养工作，确保保养实现率及效果达标。
3.为下属提供技术指导，考核员工工作，培养提高下属能力。
4.做好日常设备巡视检查工作，及时发现问题，处理隐患。
5.根据经验及创新，致力于降低能耗，节省成本。
6. 负责制冷设备、设施的安全检查，杜绝氨气泄漏、氨气爆炸等安全事故发生。
7. 制定所需材料和零配件的采购计划，保证常用材料和零配件的备用量

学历要求：
制冷、电气、机械专业大专以上
工作经验：
从事氨制冷行业4年以上，其中2年以上班组管理经验
专业技能要求：
熟悉制冷原理，透彻了解氨制冷的特殊性；熟悉制冷机械设备，对氨制冷设备有充分了解。
其它要求：
