工作职责
测序样本的接收，分类、整理与录入
基本的生物学实验：琼脂糖凝胶的制备与使用、质粒的抽提、PCR产物的纯化
测序反应与纯化
服从班组长的工作安排，与团队成员合作共同完成本班次的生产任务
 
能力需求
良好的团队合作意识与双向沟通意识
具有较强的责任心
熟悉分子生物实验，如质粒抽提与PCR纯化。优先考虑具有测序服务工作经验的应聘者。
 
上班方式
倒班（早、夜、中）
早班：6点30分——15点
中：14点——22点"
夜班：21点——第二天早6点
 
学历与工作经验需求：
中专学历，3年工作经验
大专学历，2年工作经验
有测序服务经验的优先考虑，此类候选者学历和工作年限可放宽要求。
 
*Minimum Qualifications (must have)
可接受三班倒班制；有责任心，工作细心；有分子生物学相关实验经历或工作经验。
*Preferred Qualifications (nice to have)
