PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Assist supervisor on forecast, profit plan and other analysis report
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Plant finance closing and related reporting;
B. Plant financial analysis and reports;
C. Plant Financial Plan and rolling forecast, provide relevant analysis reports;
D. Plant operation financial analysis;
E. Assist management team in expense control, tracking department expense and provide analysis report to department leaders;
F. Relevant internal control and auditing；
G. Participate in department Continuous Improvement, timely review and update Standard Work Manual, finance process of this position;
H. Other tasks Assigned by superior.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
? Bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting.
? Solid background in finance and accounting area in foreign investment enterprises.
? Excellent knowledge of FP&A and Costing in a manufacturing environment.
? Familiar with China and US GAAP.
? Proficient computer skill on Excel/PowerPoint, and rich knowledge with ERP system, MFG/Pro AND Oracle would be a plus.
? Confident & adaptable, willing to take challenges and self-motivated, smart working; Good interpersonal & communication skills, with enthusiasm towards work.
? High personal integrity and strong commitment to ethical behavior.
