Eaton Corp Hydraulics Group Filtration Business has an opening for Engineering Supervisor located in Jining.
Job Description:
A.Organize and lead the New Product Design under the direction of the global engineering group according to the business requirement, and led development of an effective reduction in cost of products.
B. Responsible for Engineering Project organization and management.
C.Ensure that the workshop production from order entry to the complete product flows; the market and customer requirements, improving current product performance and design; to provide after-sales technical support.
D. Participate the Senior Quality Analysis Meeting.
F. Product design and engineering drawings kept to ensure manufacturers to provide accurate information. Assist in the completion of the project structural change orders.
G. To provide technical support to production personnel to solve problems and improve processes.
H. To participate in academic, technical seminars and product shows, the field of technological progress on the project to maintain a high degree of attention to ensure that Eaton products in the market leading position.
I. Be familiar with ISO9001 knowledge and Responsible for Engineering Project organization environment
J. New production transfer, New production launch.
K. Other works assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
A.Machinery bachelor degree or above, experience in the manufacturing sector. The pressure vessel industry experience.
B.Participate in GB150, ASME audit experience.
C.Master filtration products, water treatment, and electrical knowledge.
D.Grasp the process pipe, raw material characteristics, design and calculation of pressure, mechanical / welding knowledge, pressure vessel industry experience.
E. With ASME standards, welding processes, mechanical or quality control experience.
F. Project management experience.
G. Knowledge of computer and related engineering software.
