A. - To lead the department for efficient materials supply chain management to support production team.
B. - Ensure smooth operations in purchasing section for uninterrupted supply of raw materials and parts to Production and the organization.
C. - To manage Inter-company purchases and Localization program.
D. - To lead and execute Cost Management Initiatives through team by supplier sourcing
E. - To develop sources on key critical components and on project basis.
F. - To support QA dept in Supplier Quality Program/ ISO9000/EQS
G. - To execute Inventory Management Initiatives.
H. - To manage warehouse space optimization and FIFO system.
I. - To Manage the logistic transportation and customs declaration to ensure goods received and sent smoothly.
J. Production planning, scheduling& Project management with planner.

-Minimum university degree in Engineering/Trading..
- Minimum 6 years working experience in Materials supply chain management, with at least 4 years in the managerial level
- Knowledge of MRP II system
- Knowledge of Intcoterm and contract laws
- Possess good business acumen and effective negotiation skills
- Possess good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Excellent English & Chinese communication skills Good command of English in both Verbal & Written communication.
