职位描述:
1. Responsible for the payroll of all the employees and ensure all C&B calculation (Including social security/house fund/quarterly sales bonus/Annual bonus etc.,) are in compliance with labor law and the company policy;
2. Declare income tax by tax system;
3. Assistance in yearly income tax report;
4. Ensure smooth transition in employee hiring and exit processes;
5. Produce monthly reports and C&B analysis reports;
6. Provide employees benefit according to company policy;
7. Contacts with related vendors and government authorities;
8. Support SHRM to conduct annual C&B programs, such as annual salary review, annual C&B budget, review promotion, reward and salary adjustment cases;
9. Other tasks assigned by the company;
Requirements:
1. University degree or above, majoring in human resources or related discipline.
2. More than 4 years related working experiences within which 3+ years in C&B function is a must, industrial/manufacturing experience a plus.
3. Experience using HR Information System, Platinum or Workday a plus.
4. A fast learner, strong sense of data accuracy and good analytical skill
5. Good command of Chinese and English, both in oral and written
This is a 6-month temporary job. He/she works 3 days a week.
