Job Description:
Conduct cold call to potential customers, generates sales leads for sales team. Assist sales team to promote Shipco’s import products line, including Sea LCL consolidation, Air consolidation, Eurasian Rail consolidation, FCL services and integrated international logistics solutions, etc.
联系潜在客户,为销售团队生成销售线索。协助销售团队推广Shipco的进口产品，包括海运拼箱合并、整合，欧亚铁路整合,整柜服务和综合国际物流解决方案等。
Assist sales manager to prepare sales/business reviews/reports/analysis (including, Volume/GP/YoY Growth/forecasts/sales individual development, etc.) on monthly basis.
每月协助销售经理准备销售报告/业务业务/评论分析(包括体积/ GP / /预测/销售同比增长个人发展,等等)。
Assist Sales manager to maintain sales data with the help from sales assistant, including customer resource/sales pipeline, meeting minutes, sales reports/logs, sales Leads, etc.
协助销售经理维护销售数据，包括客户资源/销售管道,会议记录,销售报告/记录等。
Assist sales manager to monitor AR of sales team’s nomination business（指派业务）, ensure collection of freight timely（确认船次、航班的准时性） and in compliance with company credit policy.
协助销售经理监控销售团队的销售利润、确保货物及时到达、遵守公司相关制度。
Assist sales manager to develop local marketing materials for import tradelane products or lane promotion campaigns. (Presentation, Print flyers, E-Flyers via Email or official account).
协助销售经理开发当地进口市场。
Assist sales team members to make quotations/sales proposals. Maintain an up to date import price system for all trade lanes.
协助销售团队报价或制定销售方案，维护进口相关航线的报价表。
Requirements:
College degree or equivalent. 1 years’ sales or operation experiences in international logistics, freight forwarding industry. New outstanding graduates with major in logistics, business or international trading are welcome.
大专及以上学历。1年国际物流销售或操作经验或国际物流、国际贸易专业的应届毕业生
Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, good communication & interpersonal skills.
责任心强，积极进取，良好的沟通和社交能力。
Good in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Good command of MS Office.
