Responsiblities:

1. Following all the routings from overseas offices;

2. Contacting the suppliers to provide the necessary information to overseas for shipping instruction;

3. Making the shipping report to overseas office according to the specific client's request;

4. Operation and documentation to well proceeding the shipments;

5. Preparing the DEBIT NOTE and PRE-ALERT to overseas;

6. Assisting to close the file for accounting dept;

7. Helping manager to improve service quality.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills;

2. College or above;

3. Good English is essetial, good PC skills including Microsoft office, mail...

4. Can be work under pressure, team work and be able to coordinate with every parties;

5. It is better have 1 year relevant experience in international forwarding field.
