POSITION AVAILABLE: ADMIN & HR STAFF
We are a small trading based in Shanghai and we have been in business for over 10 years. We are very specialized in the field of hobby and craft. We are looking to hire an admin staff with some knowledge of HR.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Office assets purchase and maintenance (stationary, computer equipment…)
Admin management internal (receiving express courier, booking tickets…) and external (communication with IT, with rental office…)
Others: receive phone calls, answer door, organize staff diner and outings, and organize office moving to new office…and other admin tasks.
Help GM when necessary with special projects or requests.
HR knowledge for hiring staff, set up new social security accounts and housing fund accounts, calculate salaries and social securities, staff dismissal (certificate of demission, cancel house fund and social security… and other HR tasks (staff attendance follow up)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
1-3 YEARS
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
? Good communication with people
? Very organized
? Able to control spending
? Good practical knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Work and Power Point.
Personal
Motivated and hard working
Strong integrity (honesty)
Good communication in English
