工作要求Job Requirements：
1. 五年及以上汽车行业质量背景, 熟悉OEM客户要求及管理体系以及供应商质量管理
Background of quality in auto industry, familiar with BBAC customers specific requirements and experience of supplier management
2. 熟悉IATF16949（包括VDA或者Formel Q）质量体系要求，具备二方审核资质，对审核程序及要求熟练掌握，具有专业的审核技能；
Be familiar with IATF 16949 quality system requirement including OEM’s additional requirement, such as VDA and Formel Q etc., Be capable to conduct system/process/product audit with audit core tools of individual OEM by professional audit skills.
3. 优秀的逻辑分析和系统问题解决能力,熟练运用质量工具带领团队解决问题;
Excellent logical analysis and systematic problem resolving capability, lead cross function team to solve quality problems occurred in field market and 0km.
4. 优秀的快速响应能力、较强的沟通和领导能力;
Excellent quick response capacity and strong communication and leadership ability as must request

岗位职责Job Responsibility：
1. 跨部门团队完成年度内有关客户质量KPI和PD
Complete KPI and PD which related with customer side cross function team together
2. 监督并协调伟速达中国各工厂零公里和售后质量问题的分析与解决;
Monitor and coordinate 0km and warranty quality issue analysis and solving in VCN China
3. 每日/月度监控零公里及售后质量表现，跟踪团队完成改进
Monitor 0km and warranty quality performance and follow up team to finish improvement actions in Daily/Monthly base
4. 负责潜在供应商的审核，对问题由点及面要求供应商提升和改善;
        Be responsible for potential supplier analysis, lead suppliers improvement base on audit findings.
5. 主持新项目发包前的技术评审会议，确认供应商能否满足零组件的开发质量要求;
Lead supplier technical review meeting during nomination process, check if pre-nominated Supplier is capable for quality requirement of new projects.
6. 监控供应商APQP进度进行追踪，监控OTS认可进度，主导PPAP量产认可;
Monitor supplier APQP timing compliance, support approval process of supplier OTS(Off Tooling
Samples), lead supplier PPAP audit and process release.
7. 负责新项目SOP+3个月期间的质量问题跟踪和解决，形成问题清单并跟踪供应商8D进度;
Resolve supplier quality issues in SOP+3M phases, formulate quality issue tracking list and track supplier 8D closure process.
8. 在新项目开发阶段&SOP+3阶段发生的索赔进行跟踪和处理;
Be responsible for supplier claim in project development phase and SOP+3M phase.
9. 开展对供应商质量能力审核，包括新零件量产认可时或发生重大质量问题时的过程审核,并跟踪审核
问题点的关闭。
Perform supplier process audits for maturity confirmation of new projects, perform re-qualification audits in case of big quality issue or significant process risk were detected in supplier site. Be responsible for audit finding track and closure process.
10. 辅导提升供应商质量能力，配合采购制定采购策略及供应商布局;
Be responsible for supplier capability improvement, work with buyer for purchasing strategy optimization and layout of suppliers development.
11. 协调和配合伟速达联盟海外公司,支持全球项目和质量活动;
Coordination and cooperation with overseas partners to support the global project and quality activities; 举报 分享
